This is only for PC and is in Knights of the Old Republic mode in Instant Action. Only the Scarif map was released and you’ll have to keep an eye on the mod to see any updates on any more finished locations. The Endar Spire was a Republic cruiser that saw service by the Old Republic and its Jedi ambassadors during the Old Republic era.
